Jackky Bhagnani is passionate for his fitness and work outs twice daily for one hour to maintain his super toned body. He has setup a gym for himself in his house and workout alone in his gym while listening to his favorite tracks. Jackky Bhagnani workout routine includes:

  • 20-30 minutes of cardio
  • Weight training for 20 minutes thrice a week
  • He is following crossfit regime for two years and believes that this regime makes him more active and agile. He does crossfit routine 2-3 times a week for 40 minutes.
