Laird Hamilton Diet
There is no such fixed diet plan that Hamilton follows but yes there are some rules of diet that he tries to follow, here are they:
- He compromises empty calorie foods (toast, potatoes etc) for maintaining his 6 pack abs.
- He tries to minimize the intake of carbohydrates.
- He strictly avoids Ultra-processed foods.

Monday
3 sets of crunch of 5-25 reps
3 sets of plank of 5-25 reps
3 sets of cable pull down of 5-25 reps
3 sets of chest press of 5-25 reps
Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday
Bike (mountain or road for 2.5 hours),
Sand training (lunges, push-ups, log pull, sand dune sprints)
Water activity (surfing, wind surfing, kite surfing, etc.)
Wednesday and Friday
3 sets of crunch of 5-25 reps
3 sets of plank of 5-25 reps
3 sets of cable pull down of 5-25 reps
3 sets of chest press of 5-25 reps
Bike ride of 1.5 hours.

- Strictly avoid Ultra-processed foods as they are habit forming foods. Your body develops crave for such foods.
- Make daily routine habit of eating nutritious food.
- Blend your diet in such a way your body naturally starts craving for nutritious foods.
- Don’t keep sitting and planning your workout, start your workout without thinking much.
- Always try including new exercises to your workout regime, shift exercises after 4-6 weeks.
- Include Nature’s essence to your fitness like doing yoga in parks, doing exercises under blue sky etc.
- Give respect to your workout session, never skip it!
