  • Monday (CHEST AND BACK)

4 sets of inclined press of 8 reps

3 sets of wide grip bar dips of 12 reps

4 sets of weighted chins of 8 reps

3 sets of bent over barbell row of 10 reps

3 sets of weighted lower back extensions of 10 reps

Warm up for 3 minutes on treadmill

30 second sprint

3 sets of seated dumbbell shoulder press of 8 reps

2 sets of dumbbell side raise of 13 reps

2 sets of dumbbell rear delt raise of 13 reps

3 sets of dumbbell curl of 13 reps

3 sets of overhead tricep rope extensions of 8 reps

3 sets of weighted cable crunches of 15 reps

2 minutes/side of side plank

  • Thursday(Rest)
