An American actor, Jake Gyllenhaal was born on December 19, 1980 in Los Angeles, California, USA. Jake has Hollywood in his blood as he was born to a Director father and a screenwriter mother. He made his film debut at an early age of eleven years in the movie City Slickers (1991) and thus establishes himself as an upcoming actor. Over the years Jake has done a variety of movies and therefore showcasing his talent.   • Tuesday (Day 2)

30 minutes of High intensity interval training

10 minutes if up hill sprint on treadmill

Lower abs workout

Cardio workout

  • Wednesday (Day 3)

4 sets of bent over low pulley lateral extensions of 6-8 reps

4 sets of barbell lunges of 6-8 reps

4 sets of Hand stand push ups of 8-10 reps

3 sets of Dumbbell squats of 8 reps

3 sets of dumbbell step ups of 6-8 reps

  1. A consistent and regular workout for 30-40 minutes is more effective than long workouts which are irregular.
  2. One must choose such a cardio exercise, which he/she can really enjoy while doing it.
  3. The workout routine should not be same for long duration. One must keep on shuffling it in order to increase the efficiency and avoid boredom.
