Born on 30th January 1974, Bale started his career with a commercial advertisement when he was 13 years old and he never looked back. 4 sets of power clean with barbell of 10-12 reps

4 sets of Snatch Hang high pull of 8-10 reps

4 sets of explosive high pulls of 10 reps

Wednesday (Day 3)

5 sets of Sprints for 30 minutes of 30 meters

5 sets of Sprints for 30 minutes of 40 meters

4 sets of squats of 10 reps

4 sets of lunges of 10 reps

4 sets of reverse lunges of 10 reps
